Existing Dungeon Runners™ Players (Premium Members or Guests)

If you have already used, or are currently using, a Dungeon Runners account, please follow these instructions to upgrade your existing account.

This is critical to ensure your access to the characters that you have created and the progress that you have made in the game.

Upgrading Your Existing Dungeon Runners Account

1. Go to the PlayNC® Account Management page.
2. Click on the ADD A GAME TO MY ACCOUNT button.
3. Log into your PlayNC® master account.
4. Enter the serial code provided to you and click the CONTINUE button.
5. Select the game account you wish to upgrade from the list provided and click the BECOME A MEMBER or ADD TIME button.

You will be contacted via e-mail when the account has been activated and is ready to be used.
