If your bling gnome in MIA make sure you check your mad skillz inventory, yo. All you gotta do is click and drag the icon down to one of your skill slots - he works just like any other skill. Then he's all ready to go!

He will pick up all your gold automatically, but remember, you need to activate this skill in order to get him to pick up any unwanted items you may want 'converted' (ahem) into gold.
