Account Issues

Since early this morning we have been experiencing difficulties with Dungeon Runners game account creation, becoming a member and password changes. Players that have created new game accounts have not been able to play, and password changes are not going through. Additionally, any customers that have tried to become members or extend their Premium Membership have not yet been updated to member status.

This problem is resolving currently and newly created game accounts, since the problem occurred, should be able to play normally. Pending Premium Membership changes should update correctly. However, password changes will need to be retried. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
